TeacherActive are looking for one-to-one Teaching Assistant / 1:1 TA to have the opportunity to work in some fantastic primary schools across the Torfaen area! The one-to-one Teaching Assistant / 1:1 TA role will require you to work closely with pupils who require additional support in the classroom. Positions are currently temporary with the potential to go permanent if the school really likes you! This is also a great chance to gain an abundance of experience to add to your CPD and keep everyday exciting. Applications from Welsh speakers are encouraged.

Ideal Candidate

• At least Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
• A calm, patient and caring persona
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
