Responsibilities
  • Manage background requirements and packages with Vendor Management System to ensure compliance with end clients.
  • Work closely with Resource Management, Partner Management and numerous stakeholders to ensure a smooth process with onboarding candidates.
  • Assist candidates with all aspects of the onboarding process: completing documents, scheduling drug screens, understanding the requirements of the client.
  • Work within various vendor management systems and directly with end clients to provide candidate information, finalize onboarding, start dates and any further adjudication required to onboard candidates in a timely manner.
  • Work with client accounts requesting audits by providing completed documents and any additional documentation necessary to validate compliance.
  • Assist in documenting and updating various client processes, procedures, and best practices on SharePoint by reviewing MSAs and working with legal.
  • Manage internal communication, and create/update records in our tracking system.
  • Assist with training new Resource Managers, Engineering Managers, Accounts Managers, and Managing Consultants on new processes and/or client specific requirements and vendor management systems.
  • Update various vendor management systems including uploading candidate documents and background/drug screen results.
  • Key role in maintaining and executing reports within Strategic Resourcing and the greater Global Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience within a Human Resources department or equivalent environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask in fast moving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, database management systems, and experience with online applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to act independently.
  • Ideal candidate would also be creative, resourceful, and extremely team orientated.
  • Working knowledge of various vendor management & background verification systems (i.e., Accurate, Fieldglass, HireRight, First Advantage, etc.) is a plus.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $44,400.00 to $55,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
