Onboarding Relationship Manager Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless high‑touch onboarding experience for senior hires across the UK and Europe and the Americas. As the central point of contact for candidates and recruiters, the role focuses on enhancing communication consistency and experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Responsibilities
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process for senior hires across both internal and external candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with MD‑level candidates throughout the onboarding lifecycle and implement a structure that ensures a seamless transition into their role.
  • Drive automation and enhance candidate touchpoints for all GCB3 onboarding processes.
  • Ensure Executive and Leadership Talent Acquisition teams are updated on candidate progress through onboarding.
  • Work in close partnership with the onboarding delivery teams to monitor progress, resolve escalations and ensure smooth process execution.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline and enhance onboarding processes.
  • Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, experience and compliance aligned with operational excellence and simplification priorities.
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback and suggest related areas for improvement.
  • Support design, testing and implementation of onboarding tools, templates and communications.
Governance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, policies and audit requirements.
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex risks and compliance issues.
Collaboration & Partnership
  • Work in close partnership with the onboarding delivery teams to monitor progress, resolve escalations and ensure smooth process execution.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition and/or HR operations with a focus on senior and executive‑level hiring.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regions and offshore delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering and enhancing candidate experience through continuous process improvement.
  • Exposure to compliance, operational risk management and regulatory adherence for recruiting in the UK & Europe.

The role location will be London.
