The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, strong Excel skills, and HR knowledge. This Onboarding Co-Ordinator will report to the Onboarding Co-ordinator - Team Leader and will work within Human Resources based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £29,000 and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job Purpose:
To provide a full shared service activity to deliver all associated "end to end" administration for vacancies. To deliver customer satisfaction, raising the bar and improving performance.
Dimensions
This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. The ideal applicant will have experience working in a customer service environment and will use their experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide an efficient and accurate solution. You will ideally have experience working in an HR or recruitment field.
