Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a logistics, warehouse, or industrial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for warehouse and office users.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity.
  • Set up and configure new hardware and software for staff.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Support and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Log, track, and document all IT support requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for escalated issues.
  • Conduct routine checks on IT equipment.
  • Provide basic IT training to warehouse staff.
  • Support software updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
