Qualifications

• Solid experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Technical experience in Microsoft and related products desirable.
• Experience of service desk environments ideally in an MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to clients’ end users.
• Assist with scheduling and delivering projects of varying scales.
• Support the internal IT team as needed.
• Provide analytical fault finding on networks and systems.
