You will lead HR operations for a large, unionised flagship site and support senior leaders across several locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and logistics, with the ability to influence and coach effectively. This permanent, full-time position offers an annual salary of up to £57,000 and comes with a car allowance.

• Proven HR Manager experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or similar operational environments.
• Strong background working within matrix organisations.
• Experience supporting or working within unionised environments.

• Support and coach senior leaders on people matters.
• Embed centrally defined HR strategies across multiple sites.
