Job summary

A well-known housing association is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join their team in CV3. Responsibilities include entering and managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, good attention to detail, and customer service experience. This role is onsite with a pay rate of £13.80 per hour (PAYE) and hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. A non-negotiable start date of January 5th is required. Qualifications

  • Good telephone customer service skills as may need to call customers to verify information.
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • High attention to detail is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into computer systems.
  • Maintain and organize data files.
  • Interacting with customers to collect or clarify data.
  • Assist with troubleshooting data entry systems.
  • Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Follow protocols to maintain confidentiality.
