Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing contractors efficiently.
• Strong organization while working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant IT applications.
• Strong understanding of engineering or facilities management.
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
• IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery management of contractors and work activities.
• Ensure contractors are inducted regarding safety procedures.
• Issue Permission to Proceed for contractors.
• Monitor H&S performance of contractors and in-house labour.
• Communicate proposed work to relevant stakeholders.
