Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to help desk call tickets including logging, follow-up and closure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s problems, issues and requests.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support on call on a rotational basis.

Skills

Expert knowledge of Windows OS

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Intermediate knowledge of networks and client/server technology

Excellent oral and written communication skills
