Pay Rate: £26,600 + Any Shift Premium

Grade: RCS P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Night shift

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off (22:00 - 06:00)

Location: Northampton - NN4 9BD

We're looking for OMS Clerk to perform various Administrative and operational tasks for a retail and convenience warehouse.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and manage order information to minimize errors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management systems and software, along with basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WOS, Payroll and user systems)
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Familiarity with Kronos, Smart times and Payroll systems would be beneficial
