Overview

At OMODA & JAECOO Solihull, we’re celebrating a thrilling chapter following our successful UK launch. We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our journey as a Car Sales Executive. Our purpose-built dealership offers an inspiring environment to thrive and grow, backed by rapid expansion and momentum in the market. The hours are 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (9:00am–5:00pm Saturdays), with a day off in the week and Sunday hours 10:00am–4:00pm on a rota basis. Future flexibility on hours and shifts will be available as the team grows. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will put customer excellence at the forefront of everything they do. As a Sales Executive, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their life. You’ll focus on matching the right person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction throughout the process.

  • You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer\'s expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries.
  • Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPI\'s for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company\'s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
  • This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
  • Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
  • Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver\'s licence.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
