Reporting directly to the CEO, the Omnichannel Marketing Director will lead the global marketing strategy across eCommerce, retail, social, CRM, and partnerships.
The role is responsible for driving both customer acquisition and loyalty while ensuring strong brand presence and profitable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a seamless omnichannel marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.
Manage performance marketing campaigns, SEO, CRM, and analytics to drive traffic and retention.
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling content and customer experiences.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.
Manage partnerships, PR initiatives, and influencer collaborations to boost brand awareness.
Own the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and effective resource allocation.
Analyse competitive landscapes and consumer trends for continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Senior marketing leadership experience in the beauty or luxury industry.
Proven track record in international markets, including EMEA and USA.
Strong communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
Full omnichannel marketing expertise with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
