Location: New 2 bedded home in Chorley Lancashire

Salary: Highly competitive

We're seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to launch and lead a small but impactful 2-bed home for children ages 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This isn't just any job its a chance to create a home where young people can find support, stability, and a space to thrive.

About the Role: In this special role, you'll oversee every aspect of creating and running a home filled with care, guidance, and love. Your mission will be to bring structure, joy, and safety to these young lives. You'll be responsible for setting up the home, leading our registration with Ofsted, and establishing an environment that feels like family.
