Location: Stone, Staffordshire

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent

Salary: £51,500 - £53,000 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a new 4‑bed OFSTED‑registered children’s home in Leicester. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager with strong values to oversee the service from its opening. The home will support children and young people agedignon 8‑17 with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioural needs, providing a warm, therapeutic, and empowering piedi environment where young people can build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive, personalised outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who wants to shape a new service from the ground up and be instrumental in embedding high standards of care, safeguarding, and operational excellence.

The Role

As the OFSTED Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, compliance, and performance of the home. You will:

  • Lead and manage a therapeutic, child‑centred residential service

About You

You will be an experienced leader within children’s residential care who brings strong values, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving young people’s lives.
