Candidates must have proven offshore wind experience and certifications, including GWO courses. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential. The position is based in Grimsby, England and requires proactive oversight of installation processes to mitigate safety risks.

Qualifications

• Proven offshore wind experience, preferably in foundation or secondary steel installation.
• Strong understanding of RAMS, offshore QHSE practices, and marine installation methodologies.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills within multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore foundation installation activities, ensuring compliance with RAMS and QHSE.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) in accordance with project requirements.
• Act as the point of contact between project management, contractors, and third parties.
• Conduct safety walks and monitor incident reporting.
• Review compliance with QHSE standards and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records, including logs and reports.
