A leading NHS Trust in Coventry is looking for an Office Manager to ensure effective operations of the Performance and Informatics department. Responsibilities include office management, handling of performance review meetings, and providing secretarial support. The ideal candidate will manage sensitive information and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring high standards of patient care and operational delivery.
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join Performance & Informatics as Office Manager. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Performance and Informatics (P&I) department on a day-to-day basis. This includes delivering comprehensive clerical and secretarial support, proactively addressing operational issues, and exercising sound judgement within their remit. They will ensure compliance with agreed standards and performance targets in line with departmental, Trust, and national policies and procedures. Acting as a key point of contact, the post holder will provide expert advice and guidance, manage enquiries, and coordinate the preparation of agendas, reports and minutes, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed. The post holder will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information concerning staff and the Trust as a whole, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards at all times. There is no direct line management responsibility included within this role. P&I work cross functionally to support the Trust’s operational delivery of both national and internal targets which ensures the highest standards of patient care are delivered. A robust Performance Management Framework is embedded across UHCW that tracks and evaluates progress and supports both operational and clinical governance frameworks.
