Job summary

A leading specialty coffee social enterprise in London seeks an organised Office Manager & PA to support the Directors and ensure smooth operations at their HQ. The part-time role will involve managing office space, coordinating diaries, and being the first point of contact for visitors. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, excellent organisation and communication skills, and a passion for purpose-led work. About the job

We are looking for an organised, calm and proactive Office Manager & PA to the Directors to support the smooth day-to-day running of Redemption Roasters HQ.

We are a profit and purpose speciality coffee company. We roast, serve and sell exceptional coffee, and equip prison leavers with the skills and experience they need to access employment and start a new chapter.

This role sits at the heart of the business, helping ensure our HQ reflects the professionalism, warmth and purpose of the organisation. Alongside office management responsibilities, you’ll provide day-to-day PA support to the Company Directors.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week), ideally spread across five days, and based at our King’s Cross HQ.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Keeping Redemption’s HQ organised, welcoming and running smoothly day to day
  • Managing office space and desk usage, including advertising and coordinating available workspace
  • Acting as a friendly first point of contact for visitors, tenants and office-based queries
  • Supporting the Directors with diary management, meeting coordination and first-line inbox support
  • Making sure shared spaces, supplies and facilities are well maintained and fit for purpose
  • Helping create an office environment that reflects Redemption’s values, brand and culture
What you’ll need to show:
  • 3 Years’ experience in an office management, PA or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities and handling day-to-day issues calmly
