Office & Admin Manager

CENTURY 21 Prudential Estates (RMD) Ltd. is looking for a full‑time Office & Admin Manager to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in our Richmond, BC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 10 (7 full‑time & 3 part‑time) Admin and Operations staff
  • Collaborate with office management team and assist in setting and creating office culture and a positive work environment
  • Oversee and assist Admin & Operations team production, review policies and processes for improvements
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and conducting department meetings with the Admin & Operations team
  • Ensure procedures are properly documented, created, updated, and implemented
  • Manage and assist with day‑to‑day operations and ongoing projects at the office
  • Assist with onboarding of new Strata clients and offboarding of terminated Strata clients
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments internally and external vendors for efficient office operations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous office or management experience
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding and ability to work with technology and various software (Word, Excel, Adobe, CRM, Buildium, eStrataHub, etc.)
  • Ability to regularly meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the property management industry is an asset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
