Qualifications

Freelance Office Manager - Construction Site

Location: Leicester

Contract: Until July 2026

Rate: £16 - £19 per hour (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

Role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site office and supporting the project team with day-to-day administration. Duties will include:

  • Managing Procore system for project documentation.
  • Carrying out delivery inductions and welcoming visitors to site.
  • General site administration and document control.
  • Filing and managing drawings, records, and paperwork.
  • Supporting the site team with reporting and coordination.
  • Acting as the face of the site office, providing a professional point of contact.
About You
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager / Administrator in construction is essential.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Procore (or similar document management systems).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workload.
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner.
  • Flexible with working hours but must be on site between 7:30am - 8:00am daily.
