Location: Pinner (Office‑based, Monday Friday, with some flexibility for occasional home working)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Harrow. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily running of the office and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide high-level administrative support to management
  • Manage office processes, suppliers, and general administration
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and diaries
  • Support HR and onboarding tasks where required
  • Handle incoming queries and ensure a professional first point of contact
