A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Office Administrator for the FORensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team. The role involves supporting the transition of individuals from inpatient services to the community while managing office tasks and maintaining procedures. Candidates must demonstrate excellent IT literacy and the ability to coordinate administrative tasks effectively.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the newly developed Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team in South London and Maudsley (SLaM).
The FIND Team will provide safe transition for inpatients discharged from the inpatient Forensic Services to the community, providing specialist assessment, treatment and consultation to the Forensic Service in order to ensure a smooth, safe and clinically justified pathway for individuals with mental illness, offending history and learning disability with or without neuro‑developmental disorder.
The SLaM FIND Team works closely with the FIND teams in the other Trusts (South West London & St. Georges and Oxleas) to expedite service‑user transitions through inpatient settings to community provision.
The post holder will be the key point of contact for the FIND team offices, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a high level of discretion, independence, initiative, and excellent IT literacy (Office 365). It involves preparing for and attending team and external meetings, taking minutes, following up on actions, coordinating office supplies, maintaining office facilities and assisting in the administration of resources.
