Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office including high standards of health, safety, and sustainability.
  • Providing organisational and PA support to Senior Management.
  • Coordinating company-wide travel arrangements.
  • Offering executive support to the Board and taking meeting minutes.
  • Managing office budgets and inventory in partnership with Finance Manager.
  • Liaising with external providers on facilities, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Preparing and facilitating company-wide meetings.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the business.
  • Supporting IT queries internally.
  • Assisting with invoices, expenses, and grant timesheets.
  • Providing ad hoc support across HR, Marketing, and Business Development.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen - always maintaining high standards of health, safety, and sustainability.
  • Providing organisational and PA support to Senior Management.
  • Coordinating company-wide travel arrangements.
  • Offering executive support to the Board, including attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Managing office budgets and inventory in partnership with the Finance Manager.
  • Liaising with external providers on facilities, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Preparing and facilitating company-wide meetings.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the business and handling incoming calls/messages.
  • Supporting IT queries internally and coordinating with the external IT provider.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with invoices, expenses, and grant timesheets.
  • Providing ad hoc support across HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
