• Estimating experience within the fit out or related market sector.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes.

• Highly organized with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a range of commercial office fit out projects.
• Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works.
• Produce first principle cost estimates and BOQs.
• Maintain relationships with end user clients and suppliers.
• Support the Project Manager with project-related duties.
