You will be the first point of contact for our company. The office executive is responsible for all front-desk activities, welcoming guests, distributing correspondence and deliveries, and maintaining an organised working atmosphere. We are looking for a welcoming and organised office executive with impeccable phone and email manner. You should also be able to deal with multiple concurrent tasks in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Being adaptable to a changing workload is essential for this position.
