Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day office management, HR administration, insurance compliance, and sales support. This role is critical to ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the leadership team in achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
    • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Act as Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, and Health & Safety coordinator for the office.
  • HR Administration
    • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
    • Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Insurance & Compliance
    • Oversee company insurance policies (business, liability, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and renewals.
  • Sales Administration
    • Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and CRM updates.
    • Prepare reports and track KPIs.
    • Assist with client communication and scheduling.
  • General Administration
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for management.
