Now we need an Office and Technical Support Associate to keep our customers running at full speed and ensure our office environment is operating smoothly. You’ll be the first call when things don’t go to plan—diagnosing issues, finding fixes, and making sure downtime never stands in the way of great service. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our office and showroom spaces. This role is an excellent entry point into our company and offers a great opportunity for future growth. If you like solving problems, talking tech, and keeping things tidy, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for customers needing tech support—via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, remotely (or occasionally on-site).
  • Escalate complex issues when needed—making sure they land with the right people fast.
  • Track, document, and resolve support tickets using tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Jira.
  • Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved.
  • Manage showroom stocking and merchandising.
  • Handle infrastructure, services, and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure general office tidiness and upkeep.
