Following the continued growth and success, Horsham Family Lawyers are looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support our team. The successful candidate should have experience working in an administrative role.

Who We Are Looking For

You must be highly organised with great communication skills, including a pleasant, professional and supportive telephone manner, and work well as part of our friendly team. The position requires excellent I.T. skills (proficient in all Microsoft programmes, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

The Position

This is a permanent role, working three days per week, working from our office in Horsham. Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Salary – £24,000 – £26,000 per annum pro‑rata, dependent upon experience. A six‑month probationary period will be in place.

20 days holidays plus bank holidays.

The Job Role
  • Answering the main incoming reception calls.
  • Greeting clients and offering refreshments.
  • Diary management, booking of new and existing clients.
  • Answering enquiry emails.
  • Audio typing via digital dictation with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Managing the setup of new clients on the management software system.
  • Ensuring all risk assessment and compliance procedures are dealt with, including AML procedures.
  • Preparing client care information letters and typing of solicitors’ attendance notes.
  • Organising the archiving and closing client files.
Other Duties

Any other duties as required.
