A family law firm in Horsham is seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to support their team. The successful candidate will handle reception duties, manage diaries, and assist with client communications. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent organisational skills are required. The role offers a salary between £24,000 and £26,000 pro-rata for three days a week with 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
Following the continued growth and success, Horsham Family Lawyers are looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support our team. The successful candidate should have experience working in an administrative role.
You must be highly organised with great communication skills, including a pleasant, professional and supportive telephone manner, and work well as part of our friendly team. The position requires excellent I.T. skills (proficient in all Microsoft programmes, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
This is a permanent role, working three days per week, working from our office in Horsham. Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Salary – £24,000 – £26,000 per annum pro‑rata, dependent upon experience. A six‑month probationary period will be in place.
20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
Any other duties as required.
