Role Overview

We're looking for an Office Administrator for our Southampton office. You will play a vital role in supporting the business as a whole, through covering the reception desk, welcoming and assisting our customers, various admin support, managing post, handling facilities and other day to day tasks that come up in the office. You'll report into the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Please note that this is an onsite role, based in our Southampton office, 5 days a week.

We are open to discussing full time and part time working schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Reception cover - meet and greet all visitors, ensuring they are added to internal booking system and given relevant access when arriving onsite
  • General administration tasks
  • Manage all inbound & outbound post
  • Answer office calls and transfer internally
  • Responsible for office orders including stationery, sundries & lunches
  • Chief Fire Marshall (training will be provided)
  • Chief First Aider (training will be provided)
  • Building management including liaising with contractors, contracts & general office upkeep
  • Support Social Committee & United@Benefex with event planning and execution
  • Responsible for office tours
