Office Administrator | Temp to Perm - Part Time Office Administrator | London, Park Royal NW10 | Mon to Fri (5 hours daily) | £18,750 per annum DOE

Our client is looking for a meticulous, resourceful, and highly organised individual who can multitask and thrive under deadlines. You’ll be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating when needed. The ideal candidate has:

  • UK passport
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Previous experience in similar administrative roles
  • Verifiable references from previous employers
What will your role look like?

Your work will support the studio across Office, Finance, Production, and Press & Marketing tasks, including:

Office:
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Supervising office upkeep and managing external cleaners
  • Ordering supplies and managing service accounts
  • Organising team events and staff travel
  • Managing insurance, health & safety, and post
Finance:
  • Managing supplier invoices and entering them into Sage50
  • Reconciling credit cards, staff expenses, and other accounts monthly
Production:
  • Organising international and UK shipments
  • Preparing commercial invoices and customs documents
  • Uploading staff timesheets onto Sage50
Press & Marketing:
  • Assisting with company events and client communications
  • Organising company picture files
  • Using AI tools to create content for the website and events
