Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their office. You will be the backbone of our team, providing essential administrative support to staff and management while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, process orders and payments, and verify customer information.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, and provide after‑sales support.
  • Co‑ordinate deliveries and generate dispatch paperwork.
  • Compile sales reports, raise invoices, and maintain sales and customer records.
  • Generate product quotations, prepare sales contracts and agreements, and organise deliveries.
  • Track product inventory levels and prepare sales contracts and agreements.
  • Liaise with customers and other departments via phone, email, and in person.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SAGE and Salesforce CRM Systems (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree beneficial.
Work Environment
  • An office setting in Wellingborough, Northants, working alongside other sales administrators and sales team members.
  • Spending a significant amount of time on the phone and computer to handle duties.
