Overview

Are you a dedicated and organised Administrator looking for your next challenge? Provide vital administrative support which will make a difference in delivering a high-quality service. Provide a constant presence in the office and support to team members whilst ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration activities.

THIS ROLE WILL BE IN BOTH THE CONWY AND RHYL OFFICE SO MUST BE HAPPY TO GO TO BOTH

Responsibilities
  • In the Administration role, you will be:
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Maintaining accurate records, handling and organising data, both paper-based and electronic
  • Preparing and archiving documents
  • Managing office communications and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the care team
  • Recruitment and on boarding administration of new staff
  • Managing training administration
  • As the company is growing this role will be to cover different offices from time to time this will be discussed further at interview
  • Minute taker for meetings
  • Supporting the director and office team with day to day
Qualifications
  • Administration / office-based experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Please note, this role is subject to a DBS check

This is a 30hour position a week working Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. There will be a possible opportunity of increasing to full time, with the growth of the company.

Annual salary £19,050 based on 30hrs a week
