Responsibilities

  • Managing support tickets.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Logging and closing customer support calls.
  • Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients.
  • Collating and organising data.
  • Updating and maintaining internal and external documentation and ticketing systems.
  • Assisting with basic troubleshooting and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Supporting the business.

  • 1 Day a week virtual College training
  • The rest of the training will be completed in the workplace
