Job Description

Liquid Personnel is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients small friendly and flexible team in Bradford working across the city and districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out functional assessments and reviews
• Prescribing equipment and minor adaptations
• Supporting independence and wellbeing
• Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and families
• Contributing to safeguarding and risk assessments
• Preparing reports for care planning and legal processes
• Promoting inclusive person-centred practice

Requirements
