Occupational Health Nurse Team Leader

Our leading client in Essex is offering a full‑time, permanent role for an Occupational Health Nurse Team Leader. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and supportive team and will deliver an exceptional service to the client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry and other screening questionnaires.
• Assist with recruitment activity and support the recruitment team.
• Manage the Occupational Health Nurse service, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead and develop the OH Nurse team where appropriate.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse.
• Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
• Ideally some experience in a team leader or senior role.
• Full‑time availability Monday – Friday.
