Qualifications

• Registered on part 1 of the NMC register.
• Occupational health diploma or registration on part 2 of the NMC register.
• Ability to conduct health surveillance independently.
• DBS certificate or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-employment medicals and periodic health surveillance.
• Complete drug and alcohol testing.
• Support case management, including sickness absence advice.
• Promote employee wellbeing through education and counselling.
• Identify workplace health risks and recommend strategies.
