A leading occupational health service provider in Cardiff seeks a Clinical Lead to contribute to its health and well-being service. The role involves managing complex cases, training Occupational Health Advisors, and assessing worker fitness for tasks. You will play a key role in quality improvement and service delivery while supporting junior staff. Travel to various sites may be necessary. A strong background in occupational health services is essential for this position.
The post holder will contribute to our Occupational Health and Well-being Service and play a key role in the ongoing development of our company and service provision for clients. This role involves interacting with key clients alongside the delivery of occupational health services to these clients. In addition, the post holder will act as clinical lead, as a consultant supporting the remainder clinical staff for nominated clients. The role includes improving quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, service modernisation, cost reduction programme, governance and risk. This role is a peri patetric role so you may be required to travel to sites and locations within an area to complete work.
Act as a clinical lead, offering support and assisting with training of the Occupational Health Advisors and Occupational Health Technicians.
Sharing information about quality improvement and patient safety within the practice team.
