The successful candidate should be a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with post-registration experience in occupational health. A qualification in Occupational Health is desirable but not essential. We seek an enthusiastic occupational health nurse or OT with good communication skills, interested in working within a multidisciplinary team and advancing their career in occupational health.
While the position is advertised as full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements and flexible working options, including partial remote work. The role involves clinical case management, pre-employment and fitness assessments, immunisation, health surveillance, incident management, and health promotion. The department operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with some flexibility required. Most duties are based at Southampton General Hospital, with occasional work at other sites as needed.
