Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed.

Role and Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification. You will have the opportunity to be involved in facilitating self‑care for patients with long‑term conditions, health promotion and innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Experience in adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.

  • Required shift pattern: 7 days a week from 08:00 to 21:00.
