A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Band 3 Nursing Assistant to join the Integrated Sexual Health Team in Blyth. This role involves supporting qualified staff in delivering high-quality patient care, conducting asymptomatic screenings, and maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate should have NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare and experience in a clinical setting. This is a substantive full-time position with a focus on teamwork and high clinical standards, offering an essential role in community health service.

We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Nursing Assistant to join the Integrated Sexual Health Team. This is a substantive post, 37.5 hours per week.
Working under the supervision of qualified Nursing and Medical Staff the post holder will carry out a number of duties to enable the effective running of clinics, including chaperoning patients during examinations and procedures, undertaking asymptomatic screening, ordering clinical supplies and entering data.
Previous experience working in sexual health would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.

To work as a support to the multidisciplinary team providing efficient and effective support to the integrated sexual health service, including schools, colleges and pharmacies across the geography of NHCT.
To provide efficient clinical, administrative and health promotion support to meet the requirements of the service.
To establish and maintain data collection and statistical data for monthly reports and funding providers.
