Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Part‑Time, Long‑Term (Until July 2026)
Salary: Main Pay Scale (M3‑M6)
Working Pattern:

  • Monday‑Tuesday: Site 1
  • Wednesday‑Thursday: Site 2

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years provision in the Wednesbury area to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher for a January 2026 start. This part‑time, long‑term role runs until July 2026 and offers the exciting opportunity to work across two vibrant early years settings within the same trust.

Staff work closely with families to ensure every child feels valued, safe, and eager to learn. The Successful Candidate Will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (within the last 5 years)
  • Demonstrate a passion for early childhood development and learning through play
  • Show excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Have strong classroom management and the ability to engage young learners
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
