About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a highly skilled and enthusiastic early years team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, child-centred lessons that encourage development across all areas of learning. You will foster a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel confident, safe, and eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities


  • Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences for children in the nursery setting.

  • Observing and assessing children's progress and development, tailoring activities to meet individual needs.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and supportive environment.

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and carers to ensure children's needs are met.

  • Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.


What We Are Looking For


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years qualification.

  • Experience teaching within an early years setting (Nursery, Reception, or Key Stage 1).

  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best start for young learners.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
