Job summary

A well-established childcare organization is seeking a Qualified Nursery Room Leader for their Evesham location. In this full-time role, you will lead a team while ensuring high standards of care and education for the children. A Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous leadership experience are required. Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
• Ability to support children with SEND/ASL needs.

Some of the responsibilities of a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees include:

• Being a keyworker, ensuring each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Owning the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
