Overview

We are seeking a nursery room leader. You must be qualified to a minimum of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification to apply.

We are looking to recruit either experienced Room Leaders or Level 3 Practitioners looking to step up into a more senior role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the room team to get the best out of staff and children; we are very focused on the welfare of our teams and know that happy staff = happy children.
  • Follow our ethos that children are at the heart of every decision; apply "In the Moment Planning" with minimal paperwork (no written plans or observations required).

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days, 7:15am – 6:15pm
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
