We are looking for two Nursery Practitioners for 20 hours per week, all year round. We are also open to looking at 37 hours per week. Salary for 37 hours per week: £24,560. Salary for 20 hours per week: £13,275. Working hours: This could be split between 4 days, with either morning or afternoon shifts. We are open from 8am-6pm.

Thanks to our popularity, we’re looking for two Nursery Practitioners to complement our friendly Folkestone team. We are seeking an experienced Level 3 qualified Senior Nursery Practitioner to support the Nursery Manager and work within our team.

We are looking for hardworking, experienced Level 3 practitioners with the knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care and education and make a difference in children's lives. You must have experience in a similar environment and an understanding of the EYFS. The position will involve taking on a key person role, delivering high-quality early years education, working in partnership with parents/carers, and implementing welfare requirements to the highest standards.
You should be able to demonstrate effective communication at all levels, including professional and practitioner levels, and the ability to engage with children, parents and families. You will need to demonstrate a working knowledge of child development and children’s needs, plus knowledge of health and safety practices to ensure a safe environment. You should understand policies and procedures related to equality and inclusive practice and be able to implement them in your work. You should also be comfortable taking on other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
