Level 2 Nursery Practitioner - Oak Tree Day Nursery & Pre-School

Location: 13 Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4QD

Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) Part-Time Considered

Salary: £27,040 per annum

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner:
  • Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support children's development
  • Observe and document progress using EyLog and learning journals
  • Build strong relationships with parents/carers through daily handovers
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children
  • Maintain staff‑to‑child ratios and uphold EYFS standards
  • Support the nursery's daily operations and uphold company policies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 2 Childcare Qualification – Essential
  • Fluent in English – Essential
  • 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
  • Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
