RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ✦ Plan and deliver meaningful activities that support children’s growth and development
  • ✦ Observe and track progress, celebrating achievements and milestones
  • ✦ Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care
  • ✦ Build strong relationships with parents, children, and your colleagues to foster a positive community
REQUIREMENTS
  • ✦ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
  • ✦ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • ✦ Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • ✦ Experience planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
  • ✦ Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively
  • ✦ Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
  • ✦ Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential
