Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours Per Week

£12.21 per hour (or age-related minimum wage if under 21)

About the Role

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, on a rota between 8:00am and 6:00pm, covering one of the following shifts each day:

  • 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • 10:00am - 6:00pm

Each shift includes a 0.5 hour unpaid break (7.5 paid hours per day). No evenings or weekends. Overtime is available between 8:00am-6:00pm.

You will be primarily supporting children aged 18 months to 2.5 years, providing high quality care, following children’s interests, and supporting their individual needs.

About the Setting

This is a well-established, four-room nursery with:

  • 68 children on roll
  • A team of 23 staff
  • A “home-from-home”, nurturing ethos
  • A strong focus on child-led practice

The nursery supports a diverse community, including children who may require additional emotional and developmental support. They are looking for someone who is calm, patient and confident supporting children with varied needs.

Interview Process
