Location : Norton Hill Primary School

Start Date : ASAP

Closing Date : Wednesday 12th November

Hours : 32.5 hours per week term time plus 2 inset days

Salary : Grade 3 and scale 5-7 13.26 - 13.69 per hour (Full time equivalent 25583 - 26403) actual salary 19048 -19658

About the Role

• Working under the guidance of the Nursery Lead / Class Teacher you will :
• Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Create a warm engaging and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Plan implement and evaluate a stimulating programme of activities tailored to the needs of individual children.
• Operate as a key worker observing and recording childrens progress and maintaining strong positive relationships with families.
• Promote the ethos and values of Norton Hill Primary School contributing to a culture of teamwork professionalism and child-centred practice.
• Ensure the safety wellbeing and safeguarding of all children in your care.

About You

• Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play.
• Skilled at building nurturing relationships with children colleagues and parents.
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and confident in applying it in daily practice.
• Committed to professional growth teamwork and continuous improvement.
