The Desirable Candidate:

  • Can offer previous experience working with children.
  • Has an appropriate Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • A confident approach to working with children, and eager to get stuck in with fun (and often messy!) activities g., mud kitchen, sensory play, and forest school.
  • A working knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) or working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is desirable but not required as you will be supported by a friendly and collaborative team.
  • An Enhanced Discloser and Barring Service check, Affinity Workforce can assist with this.

This is a flexible role with opportunities to work on a full-time or part-time basis. Standard full-time hours are typically 7:30am to 5/6pm.
